I have fixed the issue but I still need to find out what caused it as I am not sure how you got this bug I will need to know what happend prior to so I can fix the bug. ie. exactly what happend after clicking, for example was the member registered and activated or did an admin activate the account etc etc.

I clicked the buttton and it just disapeared? It was the first time I done it so I thought it was normal, done it to another person the next day and realised something was up.

Yes but I addded through there instead of accepting them, I did not realise they had until I added them in and the button went.

No I mean did they fill out the recruitment form prior to being added? Not the registration form.
I am trying to recreate the situation so I can figure out why it is happening.

I added 2 people to the clan roster but when I looked next time the button had vanished?? They are not on the roster and I have no way of putting them on.
